How to Return or Exchange

- Pack Your Items – Securely package the unused, unworn, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
- Ship It Back – Use the prepaid return label provided or ship your package to the designated return center.
Return Policy Details
- Eligibility – Items must be in new, resalable condition with original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
- Timeframe – Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds – Once received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
- Exchanges – Subject to availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside the U.S., return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, and duties/taxes are non-refundable.
